Violation may result in account suspension and legal action.

  • Consequential damages
  • IRS penalties resulting from inaccurate information supplied by the user

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZTaxApp, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services.
  • Information you provide.
  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Violation of applicable law.

8. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Illegal activity

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Arbitration

Tax outcomes depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the user and on applicable tax laws.
